Shipping guidelines
1. Orders are processed and shipped within 1 to 3 business days. Delivery times are typically 7 to 15 business days. Please note that we do not ship orders on weekends.
2. Once your order has been shipped, we will send you the tracking information via email. You can track your shipment using the tracking number on the following website: https://www.17track.net/en. Please allow 1 to 2 days after shipment for the tracking data to be available on the website.
3. You have the option to cancel an order or change the delivery address at any time before the products are shipped. Once the order has been shipped, we can no longer issue refunds or change the address.
4. Countries to which we ship using the DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) method do not require customs clearance and no customs duties will be incurred. USA – UPS Express (excluding Alaska and Hawaii) UK – Local DPD Express Europe – UPS Express/ DPD Express/ DHL Express
